Holiday Energy Bites

Are you finishing up some last minute holiday shopping? Maybe you’re stressing to get all of your kids gifts wrapped in time for Christmas…. The holidays are definitely the most wonderful time of the year, but they can also be so draining!


Here is an amazing, super fast recipe you should definitely make right now so that when you inevitably forget to eat you won’t just have to go straight to those cookies and candies that have been piling up of your countertop! These little pumpkin chocolate chip energy balls are super easy, so delicious and actually good for you!

Here are the ingredients:


3 Cups dry oatmeal

1 Cup Pumpkin Puree

1 Cup Peanut butter (or almond butter)

2/3 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 Tbsp. Vanilla extract

1 Cup chopped Walnuts

1/2 Cup dark chocolate (cut into small pieces)

This recipe is so great, there’s only two steps…


1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl until well combined.

2. Roll into 1-2 inch balls.

You can store any extra energy balls in your fridge to be ready to grab and go!
